Wag Wag is a dog training company located in and around the Denver metro area. Owner Lisa felt her website was outdated, non-functional and difficult to manage. She hired me to migrate her site from HTML to the Shopify e-commerce platform. The interface is easy for her to add registration dates and manage class sizes herself. Lisa also needed a way to vet customers before they complete sign-up for private sessions. Custom functionality was created for this filtering process. The simple design is intuitive and FAQs and tailored email notifications help to reduce customer questions.
